Hey, I got pneumonia. It really sucks, I spend almost all day in bed and am in quite a bit of pain. Just in case you were wondering where I've been.

Pneumonia with children. Impossible.
I remember asking a colleague of mine, in a flash of lucidity, years before I had my own two, how she managed to look after her very young daughter while she had a bad case of flu. And she simply answered that she could not. The fact that it was like an illumination for me tells you how I did not know the first thing about raising children.
Anyway, get as much rest as you can... Take care!
